I am an automotive service consultant with dealership experience, focused on delivering dependable, customer-centered service. I have worked directly with customers to diagnose vehicle issues and ensure clear communication throughout the repair process.

I maintain the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSE) targets and the prescribed standards for hours per customer repair order, and I prioritize accurate vehicle and customer data collection. I greet customers professionally and explain repair needs and options clearly to build trust.

I provide estimates for labor and parts, follow up when approvals are required, and handle telephone inquiries and appointment scheduling to keep work in process transparent. I take care to document repair orders legibly and to highlight the primary reasons customers bring their vehicles in.

I am studying criminal justice at West Georgia Technical College and bring practical skills in sales, cashiering, Microsoft Powerpoint, typing, and teamwork. I am motivated to grow within dealership operations and to take on greater responsibility in service advising and customer satisfaction improvement.
