I detect and prevent fraudulent actions through extensive analysis and risk assessment, while also staying strongly customer-centric—answering questions, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In my fraud work, I analyze fraudulent transactions using advanced detection tools, investigate suspicious account activities and claims, document findings, and prepare reports for management. I also collaborate with law enforcement and specialized units, and in customer support roles I maintain accurate records in the database and provide feedback on recurring issues to improve service.
