What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead fraud and financial crime operations where I can improve monitoring controls, investigate emerging typologies, use data to reduce false positives, and partner with Product and Engineering on scalable risk solutions.

At Twilio, I conduct customer risk reviews and ongoing monitoring to identify fraud typologies, suspicious behavior, policy violations, and platform abuse. I use Sift, eHawk, Splunk, and internal intelligence tools while partnering with Operations and Engineering to strengthen controls.

I've led automation work for RCA reviews and ServiceNow alerts, identified 11+ tooling defects, and helped resolve them with Engineering. I also resolved 3,000+ high-complexity cases in two quarters, maintained 40 tickets per day against a KPI of 25, covered PagerDuty escalations at 95–100% SLA, and trained 13+ new joiners.

Previously at Amazon, I investigated global fraud typologies including account takeover and refund abuse, using SQL to back-test detection rules and reduce false positives. At Teleperformance, I led performance and quality for 250+ employees supporting the Amazon Retail process and escalated emerging risks such as money mules, refund abuse, and impersonation.
