What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build complex, high-impact products across revenue systems, growth, payments, AI, communication infrastructure, and shared platforms—taking business problems from strategy and systems design through analytics and execution.

At UniAcco / ASL Group, I rebuild revenue-critical systems across sales operations, payments, acquisition, SEO, communications, and identity. My work has reduced booking cancellations, surfaced previously untracked revenue, lowered cost per booking, and improved organic lead generation.

Previously at Sprinklr, I owned enterprise contact-center products including Guided Workflows, Agent Nudges, integrations, and a unified agent desktop. I helped scale products across major deployments, converted a $200K RFP into a $2.5M ARR contract, and build independent tools including WhyDit and CollabPRDs.
