What I'm looking for

I'm seeking new challenges in dynamic environments where I can drive business expansion and optimize commercial processes.

At Star s.r.l., I manage and coordinate the otticanet.com e-commerce platform. I work on commercial strategy and editorial planning to boost conversion and customer retention.

I also develop CRM, automated email marketing, and customer segmentation initiatives, and analyze and redesign the customer journey. My work includes optimizing and repricing a catalog of over 40,000 SKUs.

At Giordano Vini Spa, I worked in marketing business control, preparing reports, forecasts, and budgets and monitoring KPIs. I also coordinated the corporate DWH migration from Oracle to Microsoft SQL Server.

Earlier at Giordano Vini Spa, I managed telemarketing channel performance and campaign planning, then supported reporting and budgeting as an assistant. At TUI Travel PLC, I managed the TUI Ski - Environmental Benchmarking - Spring 2012 project.
