What I'm looking for

I seek a role leveraging data-driven operations, fundraising, and learning design in a mission-driven organization that values collaboration and measurable impact.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) educational program and operations professional with over 15 years designing high-impact learning experiences and scalable institutional frameworks. I combine STEM-informed data rigor with instructional design to improve outcomes for students, alumni, and stakeholders.

At Fundación UWC Costa Rica I led development, communications, and alumni engagement efforts, implementing a CRM and reporting structures that supported a $100K revenue increase and designing SOPs to standardize workflows. I launched the College’s first Alumni Engagement Program and scaled annual fund revenue from $200K to over $500K while expanding the donor base by 235%.

I have managed large cross-functional teams and international events, including leading a 16-person committee to run a five-day alumni reunion with 100+ participants from four continents. My background includes curriculum design, professional development delivery, and multicultural student support from roles in higher education in the U.S. and Costa Rica.
