I’m looking for a team where I can drive operational improvements with KPI tracking, Power BI, and process optimization—leading digitization, strengthening user service quality, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable results.

I’m an Operations Coordinator who strengthens decision-making through KPI tracking, operational monitoring, and process optimization. I bring a practical, data-driven approach to service quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

In my recent role, I supported executive decision-making by analyzing operational and performance indicators that informed institutional planning at the President’s Office. I also led cross-functional coordination for a community engagement program, ensuring teams aligned around shared deliverables.

Previously, I implemented a digital document management system to improve version control, traceability, and transparency across administrative processes. As a Department Coordinator at ULACIT, I managed end-to-end operations for Information & Resources, tracked departmental KPIs, produced management reports, and made data-driven decisions for resource allocation, suppliers, and operational planning—while defining and enforcing user service standards.

I’m committed to measurable outcomes and knowledge sharing: I’ve designed training and onboarding programs and ensured newly hired faculty could adopt institutional tools and digital resources. My Master’s work in Project Management, along with my background in information sciences, keeps me focused on risk-aware execution and stakeholder-centered delivery.
