I am a bilingual (EN/ES) Senior Project and Program Manager with over 15 years of experience leading enterprise-wide transformations, ERP implementations, and governance initiatives across corporate, government, and non-profit sectors. My work focuses on transforming administrative and service operations through structured methodologies, ethical leadership, and technology that strengthens transparency and accountability.

Led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX—integrating finance, industry, and agriculture operations—and currently direct the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, building on the strong results achieved in the previous implementation. I have extensive experience integrating finance, HR, administrative services, and operations, and have led large-scale programs that enhanced organizational performance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Known for bridging strategy and execution, I secure multimillion-dollar funding, revitalize underperforming operations, and design organizational development programs that build capable teams and sustainable impact.
