I'm looking to lead scalable business operations and cross-functional execution, using systems, process improvement, and analytics to support international growth and measurable results.

I've built and scaled business operations across six LATAM markets at Hermosa, a Korean beauty brand, creating workflows, operating standards, SOPs, and systems that supported consistent regional execution.

I lead cross-functional work across logistics, regulatory, marketing, and commercial teams, using Asana, Notion, and Power BI to turn priorities into accountable workplans and data-driven decisions. I reduced distributor onboarding from one month to under two weeks and onboarded three distributors in one month.

Across Soliplast, La Haus, Dimel Ingeniería, and Hunty, I've led international operations, market development, customer operations, process standardization, and performance initiatives that improved growth, revenue, and client outcomes.
