I’m a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant and Operations Support professional with 20+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support for executives in fast-paced and remote environments. I’m known for managing multiple priorities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and streamlining workflows so teams can move faster.

In my recent role as a Quality Assurance Specialist & Operations Support, I managed quality review processes while partnering with Operations, Training, and Quality teams. I prepared reports, analyzed performance metrics, conducted audits for compliance, led calibration meetings, and maintained documentation and KPIs to support leadership decision-making.

I’ve also served as a Subject Matter Expert, acting as the primary point of contact for complex operational and customer-related issues. I supported escalations and policy interpretation, resolved issues to protect client satisfaction, and collaborated with supervisors to improve operational efficiency while keeping accurate records.

Earlier in my career, I supported executive leadership as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Marine Division Coordinator, managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, and inspection schedules. Most recently, I’ve expanded into analysis work as an LLM Business Analyst (Freelance), conducting benchmarking and evidence-based feedback to improve AI language model response quality and consistency.
