I’m looking for a product and growth role where I can use A/B testing, funnel/cohort analysis, and CRM personalization to drive measurable retention and revenue—while partnering cross-functionally to iterate fast and ship impactful UX.

I’m a data driven Product and Growth professional with experience in telecommunications and digital marketing. I bring strong expertise in product strategy, UX optimization, and CRM lifecycle management across multi channel platforms.

At Timewetech, I drove 70% MAU growth to 300K users and generated 50K+ DAU through product innovation, A/B testing, and personalized engagement strategies. I defined product roadmaps grounded in user insights, optimized funnels and conversion workflows using funnel and cohort analysis, and built lifecycle communication across Push notif, SMS, in app, and Whatsapp to sustain long-term engagement.

Previously at Smartfren, I improved customer lifetime value, reduced churn by 2 percentage points (17% to 15%), and delivered up to IDR 85 billion in monthly revenue through targeted campaigns. I also launched a real time trigger offer system for low quota scenarios (event based activation, dynamic configuration) delivering IDR 10.5 billion, and led multi-channel campaign operations across SMS, USSD, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, In App, and Email.
