I’m looking for a Talent Acquisition role where I can own end-to-end hiring for SAP and technical positions, partner closely with hiring managers, and use proactive sourcing plus market intelligence to improve candidate experience.

I’m a Talent Acquisition professional with over five years of experience at IBM, building my career through internal progression from Business Process Operations to Global Talent Acquisition. I currently support the US Commercial organization, leading end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized SAP, Technology and Consulting positions across the United States.

I partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring strategies, recruitment priorities, and market expectations, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and talent mapping to build strong pipelines. I run competency-based interviews, manage candidates through the offer stage, and negotiate offers while balancing candidate expectations, business budgets, and market conditions—while providing market intelligence to guide hiring decisions.
