What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that values collaboration and offers opportunities for growth, where I can leverage my skills in project management, customer relations and now in charge of my own career as a freelance transcriptionist and virtual assistant with a senseof motivation that keeps me learning and improving in a daily basis.

Over 12 years of experience in customer service, project management as coordinator and staff assistance for the automotive industry. Negotiate new projects with OEM customers (automotive industry) and ensuring seamless communication between clients and production teams. My expertise in managing customer portals and maintaining high performance on scorecards has consistently contributed to achieving plant KPIs.

Throughout my career, I have successfully launched new projects by setting up essential information in ERP systems like SAP, and I have played a crucial role in plant startups. My ability to analyze customer requirements and forecast demands has led to significant improvements in inventory turn rates and overall customer satisfaction.

I am passionate about continuous improvement and have a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency. My dedication to achieving excellence is reflected in my contributions to IATF certification processes and my ability to negotiate effectively with customers to meet their needs without any financial impact to the company.

My transition to remote work as a transcriptionist and virtual assistant has been one of the most empowering and positive changes in my professional life. This shift has not only given me more control over my schedule but also allowed me to create a career that fits who I am, both professionally and personally. In both transcription and virtual assistance, I’m constantly learning new things, from improving typing accuracy and listening skills to mastering scheduling tools, email management, and client communication. The variety of tasks keeps the work interesting and allows me to build a versatile, valuable skill set.
