I'm looking for an organization that encourages growth, teamwork, and open communication, where I can use my communication, negotiation, and people skills to build candidate and client relationships, deliver quality recruitment solutions, and continue learning.

I've supported recruitment at Kyyba Inc and ViKi Technologies, sourcing and screening candidates for IT and non-IT healthcare roles.

I publish job ads, find passive candidates through LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ZipRecruiter, and use JobDiva and Ceipal to search, tag, and manage submissions. I discuss job duties and pay with candidates, collect required information, submit applications to clients, and prepare candidates for client interviews.

I build talent pipelines, maintain detailed applicant records, calculate appropriate pay based on client rates, and help deliver smooth end-to-end hiring processes.
