At Google, I delivered 70+ early-career software engineering hires over five quarters, recruiting across backend, frontend, ML/AI, mobile, infrastructure, and distributed systems. I supported candidates through interview preparation, offer negotiation, and US/Canada compensation and leveling expectations.
My earlier work includes managing high-volume sourcing for AWS engineering teams and full-cycle recruiting at Cypress HCM, ATR International, and other organizations. I’ve also supported workforce planning, recruiter coaching, HR operations, and youth development programs as an Assistant Girl Scout Leader and Assistant Scoutmaster.
