I’m looking to lead a remote-first HR team—owning talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations with strong compliance, data-driven dashboards, and growth in international mobility and leadership programs.

I’m an HR leader with over nine years of global experience leading HR Operations and Talent Management across EMEA, APAC, and Turkey, with a focus on improving candidate and employee experience.

I’ve spearheaded recruitment, onboarding, and talent strategies—from building an HR function from scratch to managing end-to-end international mobility (visas, relocations, onboarding, housing, and benefits administration). I also develop leadership and succession plans, run employee engagement and L&D initiatives, and use HR analytics and dashboards to drive measurable performance and continuous process improvement.
