At BCIC, I managed end-to-end HR alongside city operations for a hyperlocal services marketplace. I grew the business from AUD 700K to AUD 1.5M in revenue, improved service delivery success from 60% to 80%, and reduced operational costs by 25%.

At Cromwell Medical Staffing, I designed HR compliance flows and training manuals that supported seven successful audits in a single year. I also introduced coaching and engagement programs that increased job satisfaction and retention by 35% and team efficiency by 40%.

Most recently, at Rolling Pixel, I established HR infrastructure for a UAE/GCC startup, including workforce planning, recruitment systems, and compliance processes. I’m looking to bring my HR depth and operational range to a senior, unified HR and Operations leadership role.
