At ACWA, I lead HR operations and systems across multi-country GCC operations, driving transformation, digitalization, governance, and employee experience. I oversee shared-services and offshore delivery, standardize onboarding, offboarding, and employee-relations processes, and support scalable operating models.
I've led SAP SuccessFactors implementation and global policy unification across GCC countries, own global and country-level HR handbooks, and build the capabilities of a seven-member team.
