I am seeking an HR role in a growth-oriented organization where I can lead HR operations, improve employee experience, ensure compliance, and support cross-functional initiatives for measurable impact.

I am an HR professional and operations-focused leader with progressive experience managing end-to-end HR functions across educational and corporate environments in the UAE. I have led recruitment, onboarding, benefits and payroll for 57+ staff, built HR frameworks, and ensured compliance with UAE labor laws, MOE-CAA and CHEDS.
