I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can own accounts, align stakeholders, and use KPI-driven reporting to improve customer experience, timelines, and measurable outcomes in fast-paced teams.

I’m a Customer Success professional focused on B2B client relationship management, translating customer needs into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes. I thrive at the intersection of clients, teams, and processes—structuring projects from scratch and keeping priorities aligned.

In my recent role as an Account Executive, I managed day-to-day client accounts as a primary point of contact. I coordinated stakeholder communication to reduce friction, tracked performance metrics, and built reports/presentations to communicate results and guide next steps.

I also bring experience from B2B tech and project environments, including lead identification and qualification, market research, and improving international communication workflows and follow-up processes. As a Project Manager, I defined scope and deliverables, managed expectations across the project lifecycle, and tracked milestones and KPIs to support client satisfaction.

Beyond corporate roles, I’ve worked as a Communication Consultant and as a Co-Founder / Product Lead building high-conversion landing pages.
