What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Success professional focused on B2B client relationship management, translating customer needs into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes. I thrive at the intersection of clients, teams, and processes—structuring projects from scratch and keeping priorities aligned.
In my recent role as an Account Executive, I managed day-to-day client accounts as a primary point of contact. I coordinated stakeholder communication to reduce friction, tracked performance metrics, and built reports/presentations to communicate results and guide next steps.
