I've supported client communication, account follow-up, order management, and administrative operations across customer-facing commercial roles in Buenos Aires.

As a Real Estate Broker Assistant, I coordinated client appointments, property visits, calendars, and daily communication with clients, agents, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. I maintained Excel trackers for tasks and workflow progress, responded to customer inquiries, and supported commercial processes and social media coordination.

Previously, as an Account Executive, I managed client accounts and processed and tracked 20–40 orders per month. I coordinated with warehouse and operations teams on stock, dispatch, and delivery requirements while preparing invoices, delivery notes, and order records.
