At SITA, I led the end-to-end delivery of the SAF Mandate Agent, an autonomous AI agent that monitors global Sustainable Aviation Fuel regulation changes in real time. I defined its requirements, data model, knowledge base, roadmap, and delivery framework while aligning regulatory, product, UX, engineering, and architecture stakeholders.
At Waverley Software, I co-owned Lyrio.ai, a multi-LLM chat platform, and led strategy and discovery for a Boston Dynamics Spot robotics fleet-control system. I also delivered AI and LLM solutions including semantic search and document analysis for healthcare, logistics, and infrastructure.
Earlier, I increased ROI by 17% at GoneWest through data-led experimentation and grew Afarmerforyou from zero to more than 300 weekly clients in under two years. I bring over 10 years of product delivery, digital transformation, Agile practice, and service design experience.
