I've built and managed Shopify stores for Earthalyn and self-employed e-commerce projects, handling product pages, payments, market setup, conversion apps, bundles, upsells, copywriting, and full-funnel campaigns.
I create AI-generated video and image ads, optimise Meta Ads, and produce conversion-focused content for product pages, landing pages, Native Ads, and post-purchase flows. I also supported SquareTrade customers through Foundever, managing claims, cancellations, billing, account queries, complaints, and Salesforce case follow-up in English.
My background in coaching, sports training, guest coordination, and international events has strengthened my communication, leadership, and ability to work directly with people from different cultures. I'm looking for an international position outside Europe.
