What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-centered role where I can lead customer experience, e-commerce operations, fulfillment, and digital engagement while improving workflows, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

I've led customer experience, fulfillment, and digital marketing operations for e-commerce brands including Major Minis, NattyPlus, OnerActive, LUNA Sandals, and For Your Little Ones.

At Major Minis, I handled escalated support, Shopify and ShipStation fulfillment, overseas warehouse coordination, and YouTube analytics and content operations. At NattyPlus, I managed the subscription customer lifecycle and reported ticket trends, recurring issues, and customer pain points to leadership.

Across my roles, I've streamlined order, return, and account-management processes; trained support teams; built customer service SOPs; and used social media campaigns and performance data to improve engagement, retention, and operations.
