At Gracie Barra Rohnert Park, I’ve recruited more than 1,000 students and tripled membership since 2019 through lead generation, consultative intake, structured onboarding, digital advertising, and brand development.
I direct the full student lifecycle and daily operations, including retention, staffing, safety, facilities, scheduling, service quality, and instructional standards. I also lead AI-enabled lead management and outreach workflows using OpenAI, ChatGPT, and a proprietary platform.
I founded and independently operate a youth summer camp, and I coordinate knowledge sharing across six Northern California schools. As a Gracie Barra ICP-certified instructor and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, I train staff and adapt instruction for youth, adults, neurodivergent students, and students with disabilities.
