What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a process-focused role where I can improve workflows with BPMN, strengthen audit-ready documentation, and use Power BI/Excel to drive accurate KPIs—ideally in a cross-border environment with clear turnaround expectations.

I’m an operations analyst focused on process-driven, high-accuracy execution across onboarding, payments, documentation control, and internal auditing. I manage queue-based requests against defined turnaround expectations and validate records for consistency before they enter downstream systems.

In recent roles, I mapped end-to-end workflows and rebuilt them around standard templates and clear handoffs, reducing back-and-forth on incomplete requests. I also set quality controls and acceptance criteria for evaluations, including checks against fraud from generative AI tools.

Across Finance and compliance work, I coordinated multi-currency accounts payable, billing, and cash-flow reconciliation, and led due diligence for international B2B contractors and suppliers. I apply documented, evidence-based decisioning and strengthen process traceability by standardizing SOPs, work instructions, and qualification protocols.

I bring continuous-improvement discipline through Lean Six Sigma and practical root-cause investigations using FMEA/Ishikawa, building CAPA plans and aligning stakeholders through international collaboration. I’ve also built Power BI supplier dashboards, delivered compliance training to 200+ employees, and supported audits by mapping processes in BPMN to find gaps and standardize workflows.
