What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply data analysis, KPI monitoring, quality management, and continuous improvement skills to improve operational performance while continuing to grow in business operations and analytics.

At Grupo Tigre, I transform SAP operational data into Excel, Power Query, and Power BI reporting that supports quality KPI monitoring. I've built dashboards, consolidated cross-functional inputs for Cost of Poor Quality reporting, and developed more than 50 Quality Control Plans.

Previously at SGLab CT, I supported ISO/IEC 17025 quality management and accreditation activities across four laboratory operations while maintaining operational reporting for management reviews. My Industrial Engineering background also includes leading teams of up to 20 people through AIESEC, managing KPIs, operations, customer experience, and international stakeholder relationships.
