What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level QA opportunity where I can apply structured manual testing, learn from experienced teams, contribute to reliable software, and keep developing my testing and quality assurance skills.

At Volvo do Brasil, I validated SAP operations, CT-e documents, and service invoices, investigating inconsistencies to protect process and financial accuracy.

I've built KPI dashboards in Excel and Power BI, designed Power Automate solutions to reduce manual controls, and applied root cause analysis and continuous improvement to operational deviations. My logistics experience at BRF and Volvo strengthened my documentation, compliance, cross-functional collaboration, and detail-oriented problem-solving skills.

I'm now completing Software Quality Assurance training focused on manual and functional testing, black-box testing, test case design, regression testing, defect reporting, and QA best practices. I bring an Industrial Engineering background in quality management and structured problem solving to delivering reliable software.
