I bring fluent English and a track record of working directly with North American teams in fast-moving, high-volume environments.

Since Dec 2023, I’ve served as an Operations Support Analyst for ArcelorMittal Sistemas (remote), delivering end-to-end operational support for enterprise business systems used by manufacturing plants across North America. I act as the primary liaison between technical teams and American business stakeholders—running requirements discussions, prioritization sessions, and solution communications entirely in English—while driving targeted improvements that reduce repeat incidents and friction for end users.
