What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a career in sales while continuing my Software Engineering studies, contributing strong customer support, communication, and organizational skills in a dynamic team environment.

At Extensya, I handled inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing accurate information, technical assistance, and issue resolution.

I supported team performance goals by meeting response-time, quality, and customer-feedback KPIs. I'm building my career in sales while pursuing a BTEC Level 5 HND in Software Engineering at Al-Ahliyya Amman University.

I've also supported Jordan’s motor sports events through event coordination and logistics, contributing to smooth execution through teamwork and problem-solving.
