What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer support, virtual assistant, or sales development role. I’m available to start immediately and open to US hours and night shifts.

At my family business, I handle incoming and outgoing calls and day-to-day business communications. I follow up on requests and operational issues until they’re resolved.

I also coordinate appointments, reminders, research, and administrative tasks. I’m comfortable supporting clients through English voice calls, email, and chat.

At German Jordanian University, I supported an event attended by approximately 1,000 people. I welcomed guests, answered questions, and coordinated with organizers, sponsors, and participants.

I’ve also assisted students, visitors, and company representatives at career fairs and campus events, including welcoming and guiding new students. I’m a fourth-year Computer Engineering student, available to start immediately and open to US hours and night shifts.
