What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can leverage customer service and leadership experience, continue learning software skills, work in a collaborative community-focused culture, and grow into technical or managerial responsibilities.

I am a motivated service-industry professional and community volunteer from Amman with experience in events management, retail clothing trade, and food service roles. I combine hands-on customer-facing work with leadership in community organizations and volunteering for reading and local competitions.

I have worked across multiple cities in Jordan in roles such as events manager/representative, cashier, and service/marketing positions, and I am currently studying software engineering while holding a B.A. in History. My practical experience emphasizes customer service, team leadership, negotiation, and time management.

I seek to apply my organisational, communication, and technical learning to roles that value community engagement, continuous improvement, and opportunities to grow into software or technical-support responsibilities.
