What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support a growing business by improving operations, managing CRM systems, automating workflows, and creating clear reporting and documentation that help teams scale effectively.

I build practical business operations systems using HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. Through portfolio projects, I’ve created CRM structures for lead and customer management, configured pipelines, and automated lead processing and contact updates.

I also develop onboarding documentation, SOPs, scheduling systems, sales reports, and CRM dashboards that improve consistency, reporting visibility, and operational decision-making. I’m focused on helping growing businesses streamline day-to-day processes and reduce repetitive manual work.
