What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a challenging role in Tech, Marketing, or Communications where I can apply customer relations, technical troubleshooting, content writing, and strategic communication skills to improve engagement and satisfaction.

I'm currently supporting customers at ipNX Nigeria Limited, where I manage 50+ daily inquiries and technical issues across calls, chat, email, BDT, BackOffice, and OTRS.

I've worked with the Win-Back Marketing Team to re-engage long-gone clients and stabilize high-value accounts. Through the Follow-up Team, I verify complaint resolution and gather feedback on network performance and customer satisfaction.

My Mass Communication background also includes news writing, editing, reporting, audio voicing, and on-air presentation at FUTA Radio 93.1 FM, where I supported newsroom and production operations and aired news and entertainment programmes.

I also write and curate heartfelt client messages, supported marketing administration at Access Bank, and am looking to bring my customer relations, troubleshooting, content writing, and strategic communication skills into Tech, Marketing, and Communications roles.
