What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing role where I can own client relationships end-to-end, deliver strong customer experience remotely, and use my process optimization and stakeholder communication skills to drive retention and measurable results.

I’m a results-driven, customer-facing professional with experience across customer success workflows, client relationship management, process optimization, and stakeholder communication. Since 2022, I’ve managed multiple concurrent client relationships as the primary point of contact—from onboarding through ongoing delivery—translating client goals into actionable plans and delivering against brand standards.

I’m known for producing regular performance reporting and insights, coordinating accounts end-to-end, and building long-term partnerships through proactive communication and consistent delivery. I manage timelines, priorities, and expectations across cross-functional contributors while keeping a high standard of customer experience in fast-paced, remote environments.

Earlier, I worked at ABN AMRO as a Functional Specialist / Access Manager, managing access and identity & permissions workflows, coordinating access requests with business and technical stakeholders, and providing systems support and troubleshooting. I also applied risk and compliance thinking to safeguard data and meet audit standards, and I bring that same problem-solving mindset to every client challenge.
