At Seamless Distribution Systems, I owned product vision, roadmaps and Agile delivery for ERS, SCC and IDM. I delivered the full suite, including a mobile app, for Sudani Sudan in an engagement valued at approximately USD 1.5M, and an ERS upgrade with a mobile app for MTN Sudan.
I translated business and customer requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications and prioritized backlogs. I worked with engineering, QA and business stakeholders on feasibility, release readiness and delivery, and supported client implementations and go-lives across multiple markets.
Earlier, at Jazz, I supervised BSS and TXN operations and owned end-to-end delivery of the NOC Live App. On the PMCL-Warid MOCN merger project at Huawei, I consolidated counter-level statistics from three NMS platforms into unified project KPIs and developed a SQL utility to aggregate data by cluster, city and region.
