I’m a Technical/Customer Support Engineer who bridges stakeholders, deployments, and operations to keep complex systems running reliably. In my current role, I serve as primary technical POC and customer interface across stakeholders while driving issue resolution from staging through production.
I bring hands-on expertise in Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and managing incident handling, RCA, log analysis, bug resolution, and change management—always with SLA compliance and customer satisfaction at the center. I also configure environments and support product configuration, technical documentation, and preventive maintenance, testing, patch installation, and acceptance of deliveries.
Previously, I led project and RF operations teams for large telecom and rollout programs, coordinating field activities, reporting, and performance optimization. My RF planning and scripting background covers neighbor planning, parameter management, live-network audits, and post-execution SSV analysis—paired with tools like Jira, Microsoft Office/Power BI, and GENEX/Huawei solution suites.
