I direct a 108+ member cross-functional team and translate government regulatory and compliance requirements into product and sprint deliverables. I own the roadmap across a .NET Core, React.js, and MSSQL stack.

At Nanosofttek Inc. (Branex.ae), I led product and release planning for TaskQue, NanoPay, and digital banking initiatives. Product changes to UX/UI and onboarding contributed to an 18% increase in paid conversion.
