What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, global role where I can support executives or teams by improving operations, managing priorities, and building practical AI and automation systems that save time and keep work moving.

I run day-to-day operations at OmaDesk Creative Studio, supporting academic, business, and creative clients with executive assistance, automation builds, and presentation design. I manage calendars, inboxes, scheduling, documents, and data while building systems that prevent missed deadlines and lost information.

I've built Google Apps Script, Make.com, and Zapier workflows including a Smart CRM for 50+ contacts, a consultation booking system, Gmail-to-Drive filing, Calendar-to-Trello task creation, and an outreach campaign that sent 800+ personalised emails over nine days. My background also includes administrative leadership with Young Catholic Students Nigeria and healthcare program coordination alongside clinical teams.
