What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a global operations/relationship role where I can own end-to-end customer onboarding and service delivery. I want to drive process improvements using dashboards, ensure due diligence and compliance, and deliver measurable turnaround-time and satisfaction gains across cross-functional teams.

I’m a customer-centric operations professional with 12+ years delivering end-to-end service excellence across Banking, Fintech, and Renewable Energy. I combine administrative operations with client onboarding, due diligence, and relationship management to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and retention.

In my most recent role as Senior Relationship Manager for Supply Chain Finance, I lead customer operations from onboarding and credit activation through transaction processing, billing, collections, and post-transaction monitoring. I’m the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams—credit, operations, product, data, and leadership—to ensure seamless delivery and fast, high-quality issue resolution.

I’ve strengthened operational performance by managing deal pipelines, performance dashboards, and operational metrics while driving process improvements that enhance turnaround times and service quality. I’m especially focused on reducing processing errors through structured billing, collections, and portfolio reporting aligned to internal credit and risk frameworks.
