What I'm looking for

I seek a senior leadership role driving network strategy, member value, collaborative impact, and equitable systems change in mission-driven organizations.

I am a collaborative network-builder and systems leader with 20+ years designing, scaling, and governing membership-based ecosystems across nonprofits, government, and coalitions. I have led backbone organisations and convened cross-sector collaboratives to build trust-based networks, launch shared services, and embed equity, accountability, and measurable impact into member programs.

My work includes expanding national peer-learning frameworks, modernizing member-engagement systems for tens of thousands of members, and directing large-scale enablement systems across multi-site organizations. I deliver results through capacity building, data and accreditation systems, collective-impact approaches, and by translating member feedback into continuous improvement that strengthens community outcomes.
