What I'm looking for

I am seeking a leadership role where I can build competitive collegiate programs, develop student-athletes, recruit diverse talent, and contribute to institutional success through coaching, program growth, and community engagement.

I am a dedicated collegiate men’s soccer head coach with a proven record of building competitive programs, recruiting diverse student-athletes, and prioritizing academic success. Since joining WPI full-time in July 2014, I have led the program to multiple NEWMAC finals, two NEWMAC championships, and several NCAA Tournament appearances.

My teams have achieved measurable success on and off the field: an overall coaching record of 126–58–43 (.650) at WPI, an NCAA Statistical National Championship for Goals Against Average (.452), a 99% graduation rate among men’s soccer student-athletes, and numerous individual honors for players including All-Conference, All-Region and All-American recognition.

I also build programs beyond the season — directing the Puerto Rico College Showcase, co-directing WPI soccer camps, securing grants and leading student-athlete initiatives — and I have prior head and director-level coaching experience at Defiance College and New England Soccer School, with additional professional playing and academy exposure internationally.
