What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote position in either (Technical) customer support or as a web designer. I am available for 40 hours a week and I prefer a time-flexible position as I sometimes need to travel.

I have both Technical Support and Web Design/Development skills. I have worked 3.5 years as a Support Engineer where I gained strong troubleshooting skills, strong communications skills, active directory, basic linux and server skills, database handling, back-end support, onboarding of clients, trainings and documentation. During that time I have set up multiple servers with Linux on my own initiative. I am a certified webdesigner and I have completed multiple website projects from scratch design to fully functional websites. From self-initiated projects, to working with clients. And in my spare time I am also a certified breathwork coach, so I focus a lot on a healthy lifestyle and making content about it as I like to inspire and help people.
