What I'm looking for

I am seeking a senior public safety role where I can lead patrol and crisis-intervention programs, influence policy, mentor leaders, and advance community-centered policing and officer wellness.

I am a results-driven law enforcement leader with over two decades of progressive experience in public safety, patrol operations, crisis intervention, and community engagement. I have managed high-performing teams, multimillion-dollar budgets, and high-profile criminal investigations including officer-involved shootings and homicides.

As a Subject Matter Expert in Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) strategies, I have led statewide initiatives, delivered training programs, and served on commissions to improve law enforcement interactions with vulnerable populations. I oversee large operational programs, grant-funded mental health response efforts, and major facility renovation projects while ensuring compliance and fiscal stewardship.
