I’m looking for a product-focused team where I can bridge stakeholders and development, own requirements and process modeling, and use data/analytics to improve delivery. I thrive in Agile environments, especially when building or optimizing complex systems.

I’m a Senior Business & Systems Analyst with 5+ years in IT, product, and analytics roles across document automation, large-scale internal systems, and payment domains. I act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams across the full lifecycle—from market research and discovery to requirements, delivery, and support.

I focus on process optimization and reporting automation, consistently improving execution. Across key projects, I’ve driven a 20–40% reduction in task lead times and labor costs, accelerating delivery by leveraging strong requirements elicitation, documentation, and Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban).
