I'm seeking a senior business/systems analyst role where I can build end-to-end, data-driven automation, collaborate across teams, and own reliable, scalable backend systems with opportunities for technical growth.

I am a Business & Systems Analyst with 8+ years delivering end-to-end software solutions across medtech, telecom, and public sector domains. I combine requirements engineering with hands-on backend work to guide products from concept to production.

At Align Technology I delivered features that reduced manual workflow time by up to 4 workdays per technician per month and helped design semi-automated, ML-driven patient data pipelines. I create clear documentation, test cases, incident boards, and measurable studies to align feature design with business impact.

Previously at MTS Digital and Alfakom I managed ETL and data processing for nationwide systems, built backend logic for bonus calculation, and developed APIs serving 15,000+ employees. I led delivery of an in-house ERP for public-sector construction oversight, owning architecture, Oracle/PLSQL backend, and client acceptance cycles.
