I am a Business & Systems Analyst with 8+ years delivering end-to-end software solutions across medtech, telecom, and public sector domains. I combine requirements engineering with hands-on backend work to guide products from concept to production.

At Align Technology I delivered features that reduced manual workflow time by up to 4 workdays per technician per month and helped design semi-automated, ML-driven patient data pipelines.
