I’m a Systems Analyst who acts as both a systems and business analyst, bridging customer needs and technical execution. I’m comfortable describing AS IS/TO BE models, decomposing business tasks, and aligning requirements with stakeholders across business, architecture, development, support, and information security.

Over 4 years of experience, I build and maintain analytical and project documentation, model processes with UML and BPMN 2.0, and keep delivery moving through Agile (Scrum) ceremonies. I also participate in functional and integration testing as an expert and support UAT acceptance testing for developed software.

My work often centers on integration and data quality. I designed REST/gRPC and messaging integration contracts (including Apache Kafka), and I’ve delivered SQL query optimization and data handling improvements (refactoring selects and optimizing execution plans for better reporting speed and data accuracy).

Highlights include integrating a technical service account into the SafeData system, describing 11 heterogeneous metadata collectors with a unified template, and developing an automation service for legalization/anonymization where backend refactoring resulted in a 50% performance improvement. I also defined 20 data domains for a data-profiling service and helped build Scrum + Kanban processes, improving planning cadence and team collaboration.
