What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can troubleshoot complex enterprise systems, improve operational workflows through automation, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and business teams on reliable integrations and releases.

I've supported critical telecom and enterprise systems at Vodafone Turkey, Kafein Technology Solutions, and Etiya Information Technology, resolving application, integration, and infrastructure issues across cloud and self-hosted environments.

At Vodafone Turkey, I delivered L2 support for billing systems, investigated failed order flows through log analysis, XML parsing, and SOAP UI diagnostics, and automated backend synchronization with PL/SQL and Shell scripts. I also deployed packages on Red Hat OpenShift, administered WebLogic tasks, and supported UAT and production releases.

At Etiya, I gathered stakeholder requirements, analyzed RTMs, and translated business needs into SRS documents, Balsamiq mock-ups, and Visio process flows for CRM and IAM-related solutions.

I'm now based in Germany with unrestricted work authorization and bring hands-on experience in Linux, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Kubernetes/OpenShift, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
