At Jummy's Refreshment Hub, I served as the first point of contact for 40+ daily enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social messaging and in-person channels, resolving most issues at first contact. I coordinated with operations, inventory and delivery teams to track orders, address fulfilment delays and turn dissatisfied customers into repeat buyers.

Previously at HUMAR Building Supplies, I supported contractors, retailers and walk-in customers with product availability, pricing, order status and account enquiries. I maintained accurate customer records, handled service issues independently and supported sales by qualifying requirements and recommending suitable products.

I'm building my remote customer support and customer success capability through HubSpot certifications in Inbound, Service Hub Software and Reporting, alongside Microsoft 365 training. My teaching background helps me explain complex information simply, stay patient under pressure and build trust with non-technical customers.
