I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can support clients, resolve issues, build lasting relationships, and contribute to digital product adoption and strong customer experiences.

At OPay Nigeria, I onboard merchants onto the digital payment ecosystem, educate customers on payment products, and resolve onboarding and service issues. I build customer relationships through proactive support and accurate record management.

I've also supported patients at Mireva Medical Services & Diagnostics and analyzed datasets during the HNG Internship using Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI. I bring customer service, business development, and data analysis experience to customer-focused teams.
